The Rules

:bulletpink: You must fill in one of our Commission ID Cards (shortened to CIDC) to be promoted. See below for more information!

:bulletpink:You must use example images in your CIDC of your work. The images must be relevant to the group, and follow all the standard Draw-Em-All and deviantART rules. This does not mean you can only offer Pokémon commissions!

:bulletpink:In the upload of your CIDC you must place a link to a journal, external webpage (i.e Etsy) or quote your prices.

:bulletpink:You may offer point commissions - however we will not accept anyone wanting points for craft commissions. Nor any commissions under 10:points:.

:bulletpink:When editing your CIDC you may only apply image and text to the ID - you may not alter any of the image. Max. 3 images.

Our Services

Now for how it all works!

:bulletpink:Every member can upload up to one of each CIDC, with a maximum of 3 images in each one.

:bulletpink: When uploading, you must upload to the COMMISSION folder!

:bulletpink:Free Services

This service is totally free. You do not need to pay any points for filling in and submitting an CIDC to Draw-Em-All!

We are offering a free journal promotion. Each fortnight we will post a journal with all the artists who are working for commission. It will be split into Staff/Ace Trainers and then Members underneath. You will remain in the journal indefinitely unless you wish to be removed! You will have your CIDC next to your Avatar.

:bulletpink:Paid Services
We are also offering a couple of extra services for promoting your work! On the front page we will have two Custom boxes which will highlight two members of the group for a whole week! You will be at the top of the page, where people will see you first!

One box will be reserved for Staff/Ace Trainers, the other for regular members.

The price for a box for a week is only 25:points:! Ace Trainers get a discount at only 15:points: for box promotion!

It will work on a waiting list basis, so it's first come, first served! You can only pay for one week at a time. However, if there is no-one left in the queue after you, you will remain on site until we get a new artist.

Our other paid service is that for only 20:points: we can fill in your CIDC for you if you do NOT have Photoshop or other software. Each subsequent CIDC after the first one is only 10:points: each!

Send a direct note to ditto9 for this service

All points go towards a fund for Draw-Em-All and are not used for personal matters.

All points should be paid to :iconditto9: as Groups don't have donation boxes themselves!

So if you fancy promoting your work with us, then shoot us a note!

How it works!

:bulletpink:Each type of art has its own ID. We have digital, traditional, craft and mixed/other.

:bulletpink:Here are all the IDs:

Draw-Em-All CIDC - MIXED by ditto9 Draw-Em-All CIDC - Craft by ditto9 Draw-Em-All CIDC - Digital by ditto9 Draw-Em-All CIDC - Traditional by ditto9

:bulletpink:Take your example images, and place them inside the ID, using a layer underneath.

:bulletpink: Use good examples containing work suitable only for group and that sell your skills best.

:bulletpink: Then fill in the form with your name and preferred payment methods!

:bulletpink: Each ID will require a vote-in process before it will launch in the gallery.

:bulletpink: Here are some examples!

Our first journal will be going up next Friday, promoting the submitted IDs!

You can start reserving your weekly spot as of now by sending a note to the group. Please send your one chosen CIDC to be featured in a note and we will let you know your time. You must send the points over within 48 hours after recieving confirmation, or your place will be forfeited.

ANYTHING YOU'RE NOT SURE ABOUT? ASK AWAY IN THE COMMENTS OR SEND A NOTE TO THE GROUP!

I would like to advertise making custom Pokémon for people's DS games. How would I go about doing that?
